Love Without Labels ("LWL") is a private online community owned and operated by Giovanna Smith in partnership with Perfect Fusions Matchmaking.

LWL provides members with access to relationship resources, educational content, community discussions, events, webinars and opportunities to connect with other verified members.

Membership does not guarantee introductions, dates, relationships, friendships, matches or marriage.

Members must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Complete any identity verification requested by LWL.
• Comply with these Terms and Community Guidelines.

LWL reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where information is false, misleading or where behaviour compromises community safety.

Love Without Labels operates a verification process which may include:

• Government-issued photo ID.
• Selfie verification.
• Video call verification.
• Additional checks where appropriate.

Verification does not guarantee the character, intentions or conduct of any member.

Members remain responsible for exercising appropriate caution when interacting with others.

Members agree to:

• Treat others with dignity and respect.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation or bullying.
• Respect personal boundaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of private member information.

Members must not:

• Use the platform for abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour.
• Share another member's personal information without consent.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.

Members may communicate with other members through approved community features.

LWL does not monitor every communication and cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by members.

Members are responsible for their own decisions regarding communication, meetings and relationships.

Participation in online or in-person events is voluntary.

Members attend events at their own risk.

LWL accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, theft or disputes arising from attendance at events.

If a member experiences behaviour that causes concern, they should immediately report it to LWL.

LWL reserves the right to investigate complaints and remove members where necessary to protect the community.

Membership fees are charged in accordance with the subscription selected at the time of joining.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Members can manage or cancel subscriptions through their account settings.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.

Requests for exceptional refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All content, branding, logos, resources and materials provided by LWL remain the property of Love Without Labels and/or Perfect Fusions Matchmaking.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Love Without Labels provides a community platform only.

LWL does not guarantee:

• Relationship outcomes.
• Compatibility between members.
• Accuracy of member information.
• Success in dating, friendships or partnerships.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

LWL may suspend or terminate membership where a member:

• Breaches these Terms.
• Creates safety concerns.
• Engages in unlawful activity.
• Damages the reputation or operation of the community.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Love Without Labels Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
